Responsibilities:
• Organized, self-directed, and able to adjust to shifting schedules and requirements.
• Taking daily round updates and escalate if any issues to the senior production team.
• Handle production meeting schedules within the department and taking meeting notes.
• Run the production floor according to the guidelines set out by the Production Management.
• Stays abreast of issues on the floor and elevates information appropriately to the Managers/Coordinator.
• Learns how to build schedules. Assists in planning.
• Update trackers and track tasks daily.
• Can move between teams and projects.
• Work with Managers and Production to track and manage the workflow through the departments meeting internal and external deadlines.
Requirements:
• Highly organised, and excellent time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to facilitate exchange between departments.
• Knowledge of Shotgun is mandatory.
• Good in co-ordination and follow up with Team to ensure tasks are being acted upon and completed in time as per set milestones.
• Should be a team player.
• Open to be mentored.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office packages (including Word, Excel and Project)
• Some knowledge or understanding of visual effects or post-production.
