About The Role We are seeking a result-oriented Vendor Marketing Manager to drive NetCom Learning’s strategic growth across key technology partner ecosystems, including Microsoft, Cisco, AWS, and Google Cloud. This role owns end-to-end vendor-aligned demand generation and GTM initiatives, translating partnerships into measurable pipeline and revenue impact. Success in this role means driving high-performing campaigns, leading cross-functional execution, and delivering data-backed insights to leadership while mentoring a growing vendor marketing team. What’s In It For You (Leadership Role) Ownership of high-impact vendor GTM and demand-generation initiatives with global technology leaders Direct exposure to leadership-level decision-making and strategic planning Opportunity to shape scalable marketing frameworks and mentor emerging talent Strong visibility and career growth within a fast-evolving, AI-driven learning ecosystem What You Will Do • Design and lead digital and offline demand-generation campaigns to drive qualified pipeline growth • Own and execute vendor-aligned GTM strategies and internal execution roadmaps • Develop ICP-based targeting, messaging, and campaign positioning strategies • Optimize campaign performance using analytics such as CPL, ROAS, and conversion metrics • Introduce innovative demand channels including webinars, co-marketing programs, and virtual/in-person events • Lead cross-functional alignment with Sales, Product, Finance, Marketing, and Alliances teams • Act as the internal owner for vendor initiatives, escalations, and performance reviews • Mentor and guide Vendor Marketing Executives to ensure high-quality execution • Align demand programs with sales targets to improve lead-to-opportunity conversion • Support sales enablement with industry insights and solution-level positioning • Track and analyze vendor ecosystem trends, competitors, and market opportunities • Own dashboards, CRM insights, and ROI-driven performance reporting for leadership Functional Skills What We Are Looking For: • Vendor partnership management & ecosystem marketing • B2B demand generation & GTM strategy execution • Cross-functional stakeholder leadership • Campaign analytics, reporting, and ROI optimization • Sales enablement & pipeline acceleration • Market intelligence and competitive analysis Education & Experience • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred) • 3–5+ years of experience in vendor marketing, B2B demand generation, GTM strategy, or partner ecosystems • Experience working with cloud or technology vendors (Microsoft, AWS, Cisco, GCP preferred) Why Join NetCom Learning? • Opportunity to work with industry-leading experts and global technology vendors • Exposure to cutting-edge learning, cloud, and AI-driven solutions • Collaborative, inclusive, and high-growth work culture • Ongoing professional development and leadership growth opportunities
