Job Title: Podcast Content Producer (Editor + Growth Manager) Location: India -Noida and Mumbai Role Summary We are looking for a smart and proactive Podcast Content Producer who can operate as a one-person content engine for the show. This role combines video editing, short-form content creation, social media management, graphics creation and content strategy. Roles & Responsibilities • Edit full podcast episodes with strong storytelling and pacing • Identify viral moments and create 1012 reels from each episode • Create social media posts, quote cards and simple graphics • Write short captions and engaging hooks for social posts • Upload and schedule content on YouTube and social media platforms • Maintain a structured content calendar • Suggest ideas to increase reach, engagement and audience growth • Work closely with the host to identify interesting content angles Required Skills • Strong video editing skills (Premiere Pro, Final Cut or CapCut) • Ability to create viral short-form content and reels • Graphic design skills for thumbnails, social media posts and quote graphics • Basic copywriting skills for captions and hooks • Understanding of social media algorithms and audience behavior • Ability to independently identify engaging podcast moment Expected Monthly Output 1. Content Distribution Ensure every episode is distributed across all platforms. Per episode: • Upload full episode to YouTube • Upload audio version to Spotify • Publish clips on Instagram • Publish clips on TikTok • Publish clips on LinkedIn Monthly deliverables • 4 full episodes uploaded • 4050 reels scheduled and posted • 810 LinkedIn posts 2. Content Strategy The growth manager should help shape how content is extracted from episodes. Social Media Management Manage the podcast presence across platforms.
