Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad for a Sponsorship Sales Specialist. The Sponsorship Sales Specialist will be responsible for identifying and generating leads, building relationships with potential sponsors, and securing sponsorships for events. The role involves creating tailored sponsorship packages, negotiating contracts with clients, and managing sponsor relationships to ensure successful event partnerships. The specialist will also collaborate with internal teams to align sponsorship opportunities with event goals. Qualifications • Proficiency in Sponsorship Sales, with a clear understanding of identifying and securing sponsorship opportunities • Strong Communication skills to effectively present sponsorship value propositions and maintain client relationships • Experience in Sales and Lead Generation to develop a robust pipeline of potential sponsors • Proven ability to foster long-term sponsorship agreements and partnerships • Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment • Prior experience in the events or exhibitions industry is a plus • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
