In this dual-role internship, you will support our marketing team by crafting engaging social media content while also contributing to long-form content marketing projects. The role is focussed on marketing content for US Audience Job Title: Growth Marketing - Intern Conversion to full time role: Yes [Based on performance] Location: HSR Layout, Bengaluru, Onsite What you will do: Social Media Content Creation: • Develop and create tailored content for social media platforms [IG,YT, LinkedIn, TikTok], focusing on driving engagement and brand awareness among students and parents. • Conduct independent research to stay updated on trending topics in education, tutoring, and student life to keep content relevant and engaging. • Collaborate with the content team to brainstorm and create posts, videos, and stories that align with Wiingy’s brand message and visual identity. Long-Form Content Creation: • Write and edit long-form content such as blog articles, guides, and e-books that provide value to our target audience and establish Wiingy as a thought leader in online tutoring. • Conduct keyword research to inform content strategy, and incorporate SEO best practices to improve search visibility. • Repurpose social media content into longer articles, case studies, or blog posts to maximize reach and engagement across channels. Content Scheduling & Posting: • Schedule and post both social media and content marketing materials according to a content calendar, optimizing timing for engagement on each platform. • Ensure consistent posting and brand alignment across all channels, including social media, blogs, and newsletters. Community Engagement: • Engage with followers and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries to build strong relationships and maintain an active online presence. • Monitor social media platforms and blog comments to identify opportunities for interaction, audience insights, and relevant content trends. Performance Analysis: • Track and report on key metrics for both social media and content marketing efforts, such as engagement rates, reach, time on page, and conversion metrics. • Analyze performance data to optimize content and inform future strategy, improving engagement and reach for both short and long-form content. What you should have: • Strong research skills. (This is the most important skill for the role) • Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Digital Media, or a related field. • Strong writing skills with experience in both short-form social media content and long-form content creation (e.g., blogs, articles, guides). • Knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn) and content marketing basics, including SEO and keyword research. • Basic familiarity with content scheduling tools, analytics, and SEO tools for content research. • A proactive and curious mindset, eager to learn and adapt to digital marketing trends and best practices.
