• Strong *visual identity & branding experience* (logos, brand guidelines, color systems, typography).
• Expertise in *print & digital design* (brochures, packaging, social media creatives, digital ads, website design).
• Familiarity with *UI/UX design principles* and wireframing/prototyping tools.
• Knowledge of *motion graphics / video editing* (After Effects, Premiere Pro) is often preferred.
• Strategic & Conceptual Skills*
• Ability to translate business and marketing goals into creative concepts.
• Experience in *conceptualizing campaigns* (digital, ATL/BTL, experiential, social).
• Understanding of *brand positioning* and maintaining *visual consistency* across channels.
• Exposure to *trend forecasting* and applying design trends without losing brand identity.
• Collaboration & Leadership*
• Leading and mentoring **junior designers / interns*.
• Working closely with *marketing, product, and sales teams*.
• Ability to *present and pitch designs* to clients or management.
• Handling *multiple projects and stakeholders* simultaneously.
• Project & Technical Experience*
• Designing for both *corporate clients and consumer-facing brands*.
• Experience with *large-scale projects* (rebranding, product launches, events).
• Knowledge of *printing processes, packaging materials, and production specs*.
• Familiarity with *digital ad formats* (Google Ads, Meta ads, responsive creatives).
