Key Responsibilities
• Identify, evaluate, and onboard strategic partners (technology, channel, reseller, and referral partners).
• Develop and execute the partnerships strategy aligned with company growth goals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key partner stakeholders.
• Drive joint go-to-market (GTM) initiatives including co-marketing, co-selling, and integrations.
• Negotiate partnership agreements, commercial terms, and SLAs.
• Enable partners through training, certification, and sales support.
• Track partnership performance, pipeline contribution, and revenue impact.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams.
• Monitor industry trends and identify new ecosystem opportunities.
• Represent the company at partner events, webinars, and industry conferences.
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or related field.
• 2 -4 years of experience in partnerships, business development, or channel sales in a SaaS environment.
• Strong understanding of SaaS business models and partner ecosystems.
• Proven experience in negotiating and closing partnership deals.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
• Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills.
