Relationship Executive / Relationship Manager
(Demat Account Sales – Sub Broking Partner)
Key Responsibilities
• Drive direct sales of demat accounts under the sub-broking partnership
• Assist in margin collection for equity, commodity, and currency segments.
• Generate revenue through brokerage and ensure consistent account activation.
• Manage and motivate a sales team to achieve targets (applicable for experienced hires).
• Educate and advise clients on investment opportunities and market trends.
• Handle and resolve customer concerns and queries efficiently.
• Execute cross-selling of value-added products (including training products).
Qualifications
• Graduate or Postgraduate in any stream.
• Prior experience in Broking, Investment Advisory, Algo or Financial Services is preferred.
Skills Required
• Strong knowledge of stock market operations and products.
• Target-driven with a proactive sales mindset.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to market dynamics.
• Strong marketing and persuasion abilities.
