Job Title: Production Engineer Location: Bhiwandi Experience Required: 3–4 Years Job Description 1. Production Operations • Manage and monitor daily production activities related to gasket manufacturing. • Ensure production targets are achieved as per the planned schedule. • Maintain proper coordination with the production team to ensure smooth workflow 2. Process Management • Handle production processes including cutting, shaping, and finishing of industrial gaskets. 3. Quality Control • Ensure all products meet quality standards and technical specifications. • Coordinate with the quality team for inspections and testing of gasket products. • Identify and resolve production or quality issues promptly 4. Documentation & Reporting • Maintain production records, reports, and process documentation. • Track raw material consumption and production output. • Follow company safety and operational procedures Required Skills • Experience in gasket manufacturing or sealing product industry. • Knowledge of production processes, machines, and quality standards. • Strong problem-solving and coordination skills. • Ability to work in a manufacturing plant environment. Preferred Candidate Profile • 3–4 years of experience in production within the gasket industry. • Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
