Job Overview
We are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketing Specialist who is skilled in managing and optimizing paid campaigns across Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in campaign strategy, execution, and performance analysis to drive leads, conversions, and ROI.
Responsibilities
• Plan, create, and manage ad campaigns on Meta Ads and Google Ads platforms
• Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis
• Optimize campaigns for performance (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS)
• Monitor daily ad performance and make data-driven adjustments
• A/B test creatives, ad copies, and landing pages
• Track conversions using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, and Tag Manager
• Generate performance reports and present insights
• Collaborate with creative and content teams for ad creatives
• Stay updated with latest trends, tools, and platform update.
Requirement
• Proven experience in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads
• Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics
• Experience with Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager
• Ability to analyze data and optimize campaigns accordingly
• Good communication and reporting skills
• Basic knowledge of landing page optimization is a plus
