Job Title: Performance Marketer Experience Required: 3–4 Years Location: Gurugram Employment Type: Full-time Salary Offered- 8lpa Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and data-driven Performance Marketer with 3–4 years of hands-on experience in managing and optimizing paid campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns to drive measurable growth and ROI across our products/services. Key Responsibilities: • Plan, create, and manage performance marketing campaigns across Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram) and Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Shopping). • Continuously monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and optimize for key KPIs such as ROAS, CPA, CTR, and conversion rates. • Conduct A/B testing of ad creatives, audiences, and landing pages to identify high-performing strategies. • Develop and maintain performance dashboards and regular reporting to track performance metrics and campaign insights. • Collaborate closely with content, creative, and product teams to align campaign messaging and creatives. • Conduct competitive research, audience analysis, and trend identification to inform media strategies. • Manage budgets efficiently, ensuring optimal allocation and cost-efficiency across campaigns. • Stay up to date with the latest performance marketing trends, algorithm changes, and best practices across paid media platforms. Requirements: • 3–4 years of proven experience in running and optimizing Meta and Google Ads campaigns. • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and performance reporting tools. • Experience with retargeting strategies, audience segmentation, and conversion rate optimization. • Familiarity with tools such as Meta Business Manager, Google Ads Editor, and other relevant ad tech platforms. • Excellent understanding of digital marketing funnels, attribution models, and customer acquisition strategies. • Strong communication and collaboration skills. • Certification in Google Ads and/or Meta Blueprint is a plus. Preferred Qualifications: • Experience working in e-commerce, D2C, SaaS, or tech-driven businesses. • Understanding of landing page design and user experience principles. • Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM tools is a plus.
