Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Head of Sales Marketing based in Kolkata. The primary responsibilities include leading and managing the sales and marketing strategies for real estate projects, overseeing account management initiatives, and building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. The role includes driving the growth of the sales team, optimizing sales pipelines, and providing strategic direction to achieve organizational goals. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and the successful execution of marketing campaigns is also integral to this position. Qualifications Strong Sales and Sales Management skills, with proven success in achieving sales targets Proficiency in Analytical Skills and strategic planning to drive growth and performance Experience in Account Management and fostering strong client relationships Team Management capabilities, including leadership skills and the ability to inspire and guide teams Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Proven track record in the real estate industry or a similar sector is highly desirable Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
