Key Responsibilities:
Product & Analytics Leadership:
* Define and manage the product vision, roadmap, and delivery strategy for data and analytics initiatives.
* Collaborate with business leaders and stakeholders to identify analytics opportunities and prioritize business requirements.
* Translate business objectives into detailed functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Business Analysis & Stakeholder Management
* Act as the primary liaison between business users, analytics teams, and technical stakeholders.
* Gather, analyze, and document business and reporting requirements for enterprise analytics solutions.
* Facilitate workshops, requirement sessions, demos, and stakeholder reviews to ensure alignment and adoption.
Power BI & Data Analytics:
* Work closely with BI and engineering teams to design and deliver scalable dashboards, KPIs, reports, and analytical insights.
* Provide strong functional oversight for Power BI reporting solutions and data visualization initiatives.
* Support data-driven decision-making through actionable insights and reporting strategies.
Product Delivery & Continuous Improvement
* Drive Agile delivery processes, sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and release coordination.
* Monitor product adoption, usage metrics, and business outcomes to continuously improve analytics products.
* Ensure data quality, governance, accessibility, and reporting consistency across delivered solutions.
Collaboration & Communication
* Partner with Data Engineers, BI Developers, Product Teams, and Business Users to ensure successful solution delivery.
* Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders across the organization.
* Lead change management efforts including training sessions, user enablement, and feedback collection.
Required Skills & Experience:
* 9-13 years of experience in Product Management, Business Analysis, Data Analytics, or related roles.
* Strong hands-on experience with Power BI projects and enterprise reporting solutions.
* Excellent knowledge of: - Power BI, SQL, Data Analysis, Reporting & Visualization concepts
* Experience working in Agile delivery environments.
* Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
* Ability to bridge business requirements with technical implementation teams.
* Experience defining product roadmaps, success metrics, and analytics strategies.
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience working with enterprise-scale analytics platforms and modern BI ecosystems.
* Exposure to data governance, KPI frameworks, and self-service analytics models.
* Familiarity with Tableau or other visualization platforms is a plus.
