Job Summary
Flipkart is seeking a dynamic and highly organized Hub Incharge to lead the last-mile delivery operations from our designated hub. As the Hub Incharge, you will be responsible for overseeing the smooth functioning of last-mile logistics, managing delivery partners, ensuring timely order fulfillment, and upholding service-level agreements. This is a fast-paced role requiring strong leadership, data-driven decision-making, and a hands-on approach to logistics and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
• *
Oversee end-to-end last-mile delivery operations from the hub, ensuring timely dispatch and delivery of packages.
• *
Lead and manage a team of delivery executives, supervisors, and support staff.
• *
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) including on-time delivery rate, delivery productivity, and customer satisfaction.
• *
Ensure compliance with safety standards, process adherence, and SOPs across all delivery operations.
• *
Implement real-time issue resolution to handle delivery delays, escalations, and customer complaints.
• *
Coordinate with internal stakeholders such as warehouse teams, transport partners, and customer service.
• *
Analyze daily performance reports and delivery data to identify areas of improvement and optimization.
• *
Manage staffing, rostering, and training of delivery personnel.
• *
Ensure the physical and digital accuracy of inventory movement at the hub.
• *
Maintain and oversee hub infrastructure, assets, and technology systems used in operations.
• Required Skills and Qualifications
• *
Bachelors degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• *
Strong operational and leadership skills with a high level of initiative and accountability.
• *
Ability to manage large teams and deliver under tight deadlines.
• *
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• *
Sound knowledge of delivery operations, routing, and transportation logistics.
• *
Familiarity with mobile logistics apps, handheld delivery tools, and dashboard-based reporting.
• Experience
• *
2–4 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, e-commerce operations, or hub/inventory management.
• *
Prior experience in managing last-mile delivery operations or leading delivery teams is preferred.
• Working Hours
• *
6 days a week (rotational weekly off)
• *
Shift-based operations (morning and evening shifts based on region and volume)
• *
Flexibility required during festive seasons or high-volume periods
• Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, logistics dashboards, and delivery tracking tools.

Deep understanding of last-mile delivery challenges and route optimization.
• *
Ability to troubleshoot on-ground operational issues with speed and efficiency.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
