Customer Success & Sales Executive (Revenue-Focused Role) We are looking for a highly driven individual who can convert customer conversations into revenue. This is NOT a backend support role. This role is focused on sales, follow-ups, and closing orders. Key Responsibilities: Call and convert incoming leads and abandoned checkouts Handle customer queries via WhatsApp and calls Follow up with potential customers until closure Upsell and cross-sell to existing customers Maintain daily tracking of leads and conversions What we are looking for: Strong communication skills (Hindi + Basic English) Comfortable with calling and sales targets High ownership and follow-up mindset Ability to handle pressure and rejections Compensation: Fixed salary + High performance-based incentives Important: This role requires a strong sales mindset.
