**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, complaints and feedbacks.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and address any issue promptly.
- Prepare regular reports on customer feedback and service issues.
- Assist in development and implementation of customer retention strategies.
- Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and analyze the data to inform for business strategies.

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
