About the Role As an AI Prompt Writer, you will be responsible for creating, testing, refining, and optimizing prompts that generate high-quality content for multiple business needs. Your work will support marketing campaigns, social media content, video ideas, branding communication, lead generation, SEO-focused writing, and business automation workflows. You will collaborate with internal teams to ensure the content generated through AI remains aligned with brand tone, business goals, and audience expectations. We are looking for someone who is creative, observant, fast-learning, and capable of improving outputs through continuous testing and iteration. Key Responsibilities • Write clear, structured, and high-performing prompts for AI tools such as ChatGPT and similar platforms • Create prompts for generating high-quality business content across different industries and use cases • Develop prompts for creative social media content, including captions, post ideas, carousel content, and campaign concepts • Write prompts for marketing videos, reels, ad copies, and promotional scripts • Build prompts focused on search visibility optimization, including SEO-friendly blog content, website copy, and keyword-based content generation • Create prompts designed to improve business conversion, including sales copy, landing page messaging, CTAs, and customer engagement content • Test and refine prompts to improve output quality, relevance, tone, and accuracy • Generate prompts for email marketing, product descriptions, website content, FAQs, and customer communication • Create AI prompt sets for idea generation, content repurposing, and content scaling • Experiment with different prompt styles and structures to improve performance and consistency • Review AI-generated responses and edit/refine them where needed before final use • Stay updated with new AI tools, prompt trends, and practical use cases across content and marketing • Help improve internal productivity by creating prompts for automation, research, summarization, and process support Required Qualifications & Experience • Must have strong English writing skills with the ability to create high-quality, polished content • Graduates from English background will be preferred • Must have at least 1+ year of hands-on experience using ChatGPT and other AI tools • Strong understanding of prompt writing, content structuring, and AI-generated response behavior • Ability to write prompts for different formats including social media, blogs, ads, scripts, website content, and business communication • Good understanding of content marketing, branding, and audience-focused writing • Strong creativity and the ability to think in multiple content directions • Excellent attention to detail and quality control • Ability to test, analyze, and improve prompts based on output results • Must have experience in working with digital marketing concepts such as SEO, social media marketing, and conversion-focused content. • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with quick experimentation and iteration • Basic understanding of AI limitations, tone adjustment, and prompt refinement techniques Preferred Skills • Experience with tools like ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Midjourney, Canva AI, Copy.ai, or similar platforms • Understanding of brand communication and digital content strategy • Knowledge of prompt writing for content creation, automation, and creative ideation • Ability to identify weak outputs and improve them with better prompt engineering • Interest in emerging AI trends and practical business applications Who Should Apply This role is for someone who is not just a writer, but a smart thinker and AI collaborator.
