• *1. Front Desk Management** • Greet clients warmly and ensure a welcoming atmosphere • Handle check-ins and check-outs efficiently • Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the reception area • *2. Appointment Scheduling** • Book, reschedule, and confirm appointments • Manage doctor/therapist calendars • Send reminders via calls, SMS, or WhatsApp • *3. Client Coordination** • Answer phone calls, emails, and inquiries about services • Provide basic information on treatments, pricing, and packages • Guide clients on pre- and post-treatment instructions • *4. Billing & Payments** • Handle invoices, billing, and payment collection • Manage POS systems and maintain daily transaction records • *5. Sales Support** • Promote clinic services, packages, and memberships • Upsell treatments and skincare products when appropriate • *6. Administrative Tasks** • Maintain client records and confidentiality • Coordinate with doctors, therapists, and management • Manage inventory of front-desk supplies • *Required Skills & Qualifications** • Proven experience in reception/front desk or customer service (preferably in a clinic, spa, or salon) • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Presentable, well-groomed, and professional demeanor • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, booking software) • Ability to multitask and handle a fast-paced environment • *Preferred Skills** • Knowledge of aesthetic treatments (laser, skincare, cosmetic procedures) • Sales or upselling experience • Experience with CRM or clinic management software
