Role Objective
The Calling Intern will be responsible for daily verification of Shopify orders, customer confirmation, and handling customer queries through chat/call to ensure smooth order processing and improved customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Verify Shopify orders on a daily basis before dispatch.
Convert abandoned checkout customers.
Call customers for order confirmation, address verification, and payment-related clarification, if required.
Handle customer queries through chat and provide timely responses.
Coordinate with the warehouse/order processing team for confirmed orders.
Track pending, cancelled, and unverified orders.
Maintain daily order verification records.
Escalate unresolved customer issues to the concerned team.
Support customer communication related to delivery, tracking, and order status.
Required Skills
Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
Basic computer knowledge.
Customer handling ability.
Basic knowledge of Shopify or e-commerce order processing will be preferred.
Polite and professional approach.
