Business Development Leader – Staffing & Staff Augmentation (Enterprise Accounts) Location: India (Bangalore / Remote) Experience: 8-17 Years Industry: Technology Staffing / Staff Augmentation / Talent Solutions Role Overview We are looking for a hands-on business builder to drive growth for our staffing and staff augmentation business . This is a doer-first role , ideal for someone who enjoys building revenue from scratch, opening new enterprise accounts, and scaling staffing partnerships . You will work closely with leadership to shape the go-to-market strategy, win enterprise clients, and build a strong pipeline of staffing opportunities. Key Responsibilities Enterprise Client Acquisition • Drive new client acquisition for staffing and staff augmentation services • Identify opportunities across product companies, GCCs, startups, and IT services firms • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of hiring mandates Strategic Relationship Building Build strong relationships with key stakeholders including: • Vendor Management Teams • Procurement Leaders • CHROs • HR Heads • Talent Acquisition Leaders Position the organization as a preferred staffing partner for enterprise hiring needs.
