About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Business Development Executive Intern to support our client servicing and lead management efforts. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, managing communications, and ensuring a smooth client experience from lead to delivery.
Key Responsibilities:Client Servicing:
• Act as a point of contact between the company and existing/potential clients.
• Support the team in onboarding new clients and maintaining strong client relationships.
• Ensure timely responses to client queries and follow-ups on deliverables.
• Coordinate internally with operations, marketing, or product teams to meet client needs.
• Help prepare client reports, presentations, and performance updates.
Lead Management:
• Track and manage leads using CRM or spreadsheets.
• Assist in qualifying leads and scheduling meetings for senior BD executives.
• Maintain a consistent communication flow with prospects (emails, messages, calls).
• Help nurture cold or dormant leads through follow-ups and personalized outreach.
• Analyze lead data and share insights on performance and conversion rates.
Requirements:
• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with good organizational and follow-up abilities.
• Familiarity with CRM tools (like HubSpot, Zoho, etc.) is a plus.
• Comfortable using email, Excel/Google Sheets, and basic reporting tools.
• Self-motivated and eager to learn in a dynamic business environment.
