As a Lead Generation & Outreach Specialist at Jellyfishtechnologies for Sinki.Ai, your main role will involve planning and executing various strategies to generate qualified leads through outbound growth efforts. Your responsibilities will include: - Planning and executing email outreach campaigns targeting CXOs and key decision-makers - Conducting cold calling and LinkedIn outreach to generate new business opportunities - Building and managing target prospect lists across industries and geographies - Crafting personalized messaging for high-conversion outreach campaigns - Identifying and engaging with relevant stakeholders (CTOs, CIOs, Heads of Data, etc.) - Qualifying leads and scheduling meetings for the sales team - Maintaining and updating CRM with outreach activities and pipeline status - Continuously optimizing outreach strategies based on performance metrics - Collaborating with marketing and sales teams to align messaging and targeting To excel in this role, you should have: - 25 years of experience in B2B lead generation, outbound sales, or business development - Proven experience in cold emailing, cold calling, and LinkedIn outreach - Strong understanding of B2B sales funnels and lead qualification - Excellent communication and persuasion skills - Experience using tools like Apollo, HubSpot, Zoho, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or similar - Ability to research and identify target accounts and decision-makers - Basic understanding of data engineering concepts, analytics pipelines, and modern data platforms - Familiarity with Databricks use cases such as data migration, lakehouse architecture, and AI/ML workflows Preferred qualifications include: - Experience in IT services, data engineering, or the Databricks ecosystem - Familiarity with AI, analytics, or cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) - Prior experience targeting international markets (US, Europe, or the Middle East) As a Lead Generation & Outreach Specialist at Jellyfishtechnologies for Sinki.Ai, your main role will involve planning and executing various strategies to generate qualified leads through outbound growth efforts.
