• Build strong relationships with bank staff & stakeholders
• Train, motivate & monitor team performance
• Ensure quality sales & IRDAI compliance
Key Requirements:
• Graduate / Postgraduate
• 2–5 years of experience in Life Insurance ,2 Years Of Experiance In team Handling
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Good understanding of banca channel and insurance products
• Ability to motivate and influence teams
